Good luck trying to CAD the curves and twists on this set. Each component is hand built with as much care as the AMG Engines.
The Rock Crawler Kit is specifically designed for heavy use and is comprised of heavy wall tubing and thicker plate. The OwlClaw GWagon has been tested to its limits and this kit has taken every bit of it!
Main features include: 120” wall tubing in the bumpers, 1/4” plate main structure, 3/16” skids & 11 Ga infill plating.
Front Winch Bumper:
For the best fit and finish the front bumper is wrapped specifically around your winch of choice.
If Lighting is desired, we will tab to spec.
Squadron Pro Fog inserts can be arranged. Notice placing lights low in the cone of vision is generally only considered for fog-prone regions or sponsor specified styling.
Winch Options:
To support customer preference & sponsor compliance, we will design and build the bumper to suit.
Typically we target a 7.5K winch but could fit between a 5K-10K winch without significant design alterations.
We prefer to relocate the winch controller, but can/will plan around keeping it mounting on top of the winch.
Regarding manufacturer logos, for customer vehicles we strive to hide or remove them where possible. For sponsored builds, we can/will modify the design to showcase these.
Front Skid plate:
Depending on the model, the oil cooler may need to be relocated.
Please pay particular attention to Shock Package as Reservoirs are usually located at the bottom of frame in this region.
Rear Bumper
Typical OwlClaw style top-deck with maximum approach angle.
Designed for Rock Clearance, ask about adding provisions for mud flaps for wet climates.
